Temporary Shapes for Placeholders
In your layout program, create rectangles, circles or other shapes to use as placeholders in your scrapbook page layout for positioning where you plan to add your photos. If you make the placeholder shapes the same size as the photos you will be adding, you will know exactly how everything will fit together.

Once you have the placeholder shapes and sizes correct, you can also create decorative frames for you photos right in your layout program too. Then, the only thing you have to added to your scrapbook page once it's printed are your photos.

Use the place holders along with the Cliptures clipart and any text you have added to get everything positioned and scaled just right. When you're ready to print, delete the place holders from the layout and print the page. Now you can add your photographs and everything will fit together perfectly!
